24 Hour Rule:  Please pause & think about your submission for a minimum of 24 hours following the concern. 

Mandatory Parent Meetings: If you cannot attend your age goup's meeting please make arrangement to attend an alternate.

 This google form is intended to be used only by those Pursuit parents that have attended this season's parent meeting, as well as signed and submitted the 2024/25 Gateway parent conduct form.

• *If you, as a parent, have not completed either of the prior requirements, please contact Julie Kinnaman or Maile Gannon immediately to schedule your Pursuit Parent meeting & fulfill the required Gateway Parent contact form.  Without meeting the above requirement, you are ineligible to complete this form.

• If parent(s) has competed the above requirements and feel that it is necessary to complete the following form due to a concern, please complete and submit after the 24 hour rule has expired.   
• This form will be submitted to Maile Gannon, lead panel chair and Julie Kinnaman, Pursuit Volleyball Club director.  
• Once evaluated, Maile and Julie will meet with the High School Panel committee to discuss further actions or concerns.

Must be notarized and turned into your coach for collection asap.  Coaches will then turn in to Admin only when ALL rostered athletes are accounted for.  Then we copy for coach binders and originals are filed in the Pursuit Office.

Officials Clinic Email Link

October 13th certification deadline for all 10u-18u athletes. Head Coaches need to print valid rosters for their team with athlete certifications listed. Seniors in high school are required to complete Safesport in addition to Ref/Score Training.  

Officials Clinic is REQUIRED for all 10u, 11u, 12u & Newcomers

We ask that all 13u-18u players volunteer and mentor the littles at one session. Please communicate with your coaches, as they will keep a volunteer list and communicate with Coach Julie.
